Who we are
Compass Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned staffing company providing school districts across Missouri with reliable, high-quality therapy and special education professionals.
Founded by clinicians with decades of hands-on experience, we understand the realities schools face when critical therapy positions go unfilled and the challenges therapists face when they lack meaningful support. Our role is simple and focused: connect schools with qualified professionals and support those professionals so they can deliver consistent, effective services.
Our foundation is built on therapy-related services, including Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy. Over time, we expanded our offerings to include behavioral health, mental health, and related services – not as a shift in focus, but as a response to real, unmet needs we consistently saw in schools and communities.
To support students, empower schools, and create sustainable, fulfilling opportunities for therapists and educators through reliable, therapist-led staffing solutions.
To be Missouri’s most trusted school-based therapy staffing partner—known for clinical integrity, strong relationships, and long-term impact in the communities we serve.
We are committed to clear communication, consistent support, and meaningful results for every school, therapist, and family.
Compass Therapy Solutions is led by therapists with 60+ years of combined clinical experience in school-based services and early intervention. Collectively, our leadership team has partnered with school districts for over 25 years, delivering staffing solutions that prioritize continuity, compliance, and student outcomes.
We are not new to this work. We understand IEP processes, district expectations, service delivery requirements, and the importance of long-term staffing relationships — because we have lived it ourselves.
This experience shapes every decision we make, from how we support districts to how we care for the professionals who work with us.
