The Role of a Process Coordinator in Missouri

Process Coordinators at Compass Therapy Solutions support the operational and administrative workflows that allow school-based therapy services to function effectively. This role focuses on coordination, organization, and process management across internal teams and external partners.

Process Coordinator responsibilities may include:

Placements are primarily local or remote depending on operational needs. When travel is required, Compass Therapy Solutions provides a travel stipend.
  • Supporting onboarding and placement coordination for school-based staff
  • Assisting with documentation, compliance, and process tracking
  • Coordinating communication between therapists, schools, and internal departments
  • Supporting scheduling, reporting, and workflow management
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal systems

Compass Therapy Solutions offers competitive and transparent pay for Process Coordinators, aligned with role responsibilities and organizational needs.

 Process Coordinator: $50.00/hour

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Eligibility: Available after 12 months of full-time employment (32+ hours/week)
  • Annual Allotment: 42 hours per year
  • PTO does not roll over and is not eligible for cash-out

Summer Savings Plan
